Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all consumer orders over $75 shipping to the continental United States.
Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.
Please note: This offer does not apply to shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 states, but shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will include a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.
BassiNests®, Cribs, and Mattresses cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
Where We Ship
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C.
At this time, we do not ship to Canada or Puerto Rico.
Processing Time
Orders are processed for shipment within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing over the next 2 business day.
Delivery Timing
We ship via FedEx Ground, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days after your order has shipped.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on your location and FedEx’s service performance and availability. Please refer to the transit profile below.
Keep an eye on your tracking number for the most accurate delivery estimate once your order is on its way.
Exclusions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns on items purchased directly from halosleep.com within 30 days of shipment.
To qualify for a refund, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In their original packaging, with tags and all components included
Please do not modify or alter the product in any way.
After 30 days? We'll gladly consider returns past 30 days if the item has a manufacturing defect.
We do not accept returns on items purchased through third-party retailers, including authorized sellers. If you purchased through another retailer, please contact them directly during their return window.

We now offer Standard Plus Shipping at checkout. If you purchase this optional coverage, return shipping is covered for all eligible items in your order.How it works:

If you do not purchase Standard Plus Shipping, you can still process a return, but you’ll need to cover the cost of the return label.
Returns Processing Times
Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving your item.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
