We offer free ground shipping
on all consumer orders over $75
shipping to the continental United States.
Ground Shipping
Ground shipping for orders under $75 is $6.95. This promotion is not applicable to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. BassiNest cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship any HALO products to Canada or Puerto Rico.
As we work with a delivery service, please make sure to refer to your tracking number once the package has shipped for an estimated delivery date.
We currently ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC.
TRANSIT PROFILE
Timing
All orders placed will be ready to ship within 2-3 business days, regardless of the shipping method. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next 2 working business days.
FedEx Ground shipping will arrive within 2-5 business days. Shipments are subject to shipping carrier’s on-time performance and availability. Please refer to the Transit Profile below.
Exclusions
We do not ship BassiNest, BassiNest Accessories or DreamWeave products to PO Boxes. We only ship Swaddles, Wearable Blankets and SleepSure to PO Boxes. Please we do not offer expedited shipping for PO Box orders.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns from products purchased from halosleep.com within 30 days from the date of shipment. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original packaging and have not been worn, washed or used in any way. After 30 days from the date of shipment, we’ll gladly consider any items for return that are defective due to a manufacturing defect.
Returns must be shipped prepaid and your return shipping cost is not reimbursable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. By placing an order on halosleep.com, you are accepting this return policy.
