All orders placed will be ready to ship within 2-3 business days, regardless of the shipping method. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next 2 working business days.
FedEx Ground shipping will arrive within 5-7 business days. Shipments are subject to the shipping carrier’s on-time performance and availability.
If you placed an order and didn’t receive your shipping status, please contact our customer service who can help provide more information.
First, check around the house or with neighbors, apartment office or mail room. If you, are unable to locate the package please contact FedEX directly to inquire about the status of the shipment. Fedex will assist with opening a claim to locate the missing/lost package. If FedEx is unable to locate the missing package, please kindly contact our customer service team at customerservice@halosleep.com.
Some orders come in two or more shipments, so it is likely the rest of the order is still on its way. Please reach out to customer service at customerservice@halosleep.com for additional tracking information and/or if any concerns.
